Résumé

There were some prominent problems in the structure and the function aspect of prairie animal husbandry in Damxung county of Tibet, such as the natural grassland degradation , the domestic animal number of livestock overabundance, the low productability , the conspicuous contradiction between grassland animals. All these had seriously restricted the sustainable development of Damxung county animal husbandry. Based on the analysis of the present situation and causes of degradation of Damxung county’s grassland , the reasonable countermeasures and suggestions of exploitation and utilization were proposed.
