Résumé
目的 探讨灰旱獭感染HBV 后临床表现、病理改变及其相关关系。方法 ①用含HBV1DNA 人血清 对健康灰旱獭攻毒,依次传代,分析其临床血清学变化与病理改变的相关性。②用合成HBcAg 多肽分别接种:对 HBcAb - 旱獭单用多肽Ⅰ、Ⅱ或多肽Ⅰ、Ⅱ与HBV1DNA 同时注射:对HBcAb + 旱獭注射多肽Ⅰ、Ⅱ。结果 ①攻毒与 传代后临床反应的轻重与肝脏病理变化的程度一致。②HBcAg 多肽具有核心蛋白疫苗的作用。可激发抗体的形 成,阻断HBV 的攻毒,使HBcAb 转阴,与肝组织炎症反应一致。结论 肝组织炎变与血清变化密切相关,证实攻 毒、传代结果可靠。多肽具有阻断、干预灰旱獭感染HBV 的作用。 Objective.To evaluate the relation of clinical and pathological changes in HBV2infected Marmota baibacina. Methods 1. The healthy Marmota baibacina were inoculated with HBV DNA positive patient serum and then handing from generation to generation. 2. Marmota baibacina were inoculated with HBcAg based on synthetic paptides fragments Ⅰand Ⅱ. If the experimental animals were anti2HBc negtive ,the two fragments and HBC DNA were injected. If the animals were positive, only the two fragments were used. Results 1. The study indicated that the clinical reactions were closely related to the pathological changes of the liver tissue. 2. HBcAg based on synthetic peptides had a role similar to the core protein vaccine, activating the formation of antibodies and seroconversion and interrupting HBV infection. Conclusion. The inflammation of liver tissues might be closely related to the serological changes. The peptides could be able to interrupt and intervene in HBV infection of Marmota baibacina.
