Différences immunogénétiques entre Marmota menzbieri et les marmottes paléarctiques. Immunogenetic differences between Marmota menzbieri and palearctic marmots.

Résumé

Le degré de parenté entre M. menzbieri et les autres espèces de marmottes paléarctiques a été estimé par immunodiffusion grâce à un antisérum testé vis-à-vis de 5 espèces de marmottes. M. menzbieri est étroitement liée à la marmotte rouge du Kazakhstan, peu différente de la marmotte grise de Koch-Agach et a peu en commun avec M. camtschatica du Baïkal, M. bobac d'Uljanovsk et la tarbagan de Touva par rapport à la structure antigénique des protéines du sérum. Les échantillons de sang de marmottes de 22 sites géographiques ont permis d'identifier des différences entre les formes géographiques de toutes les espèces étudiées. Des différences d'immunodiffusion ont été établies pour la première fois entre les bobacs de 3 aires de distribution, entre 2 populations de marmottes rouges, entre 3 sous-espèces de M. camtschatica, et entre celles du nord et du sud de la Yakoutie. The degree of relatedness of Marmota menzbieri to the other Palearctic marmots was estimated by the immunodiffusion method with the use of antiserum against 5 marmot species. M. menzbieri was closely related to the red marmot from Kazakhstan, somewhat different from the grey marmot from Koch-Agach which had little in common with M. camtschatica from the Baikal, M. bobac from Uljanovsk and tarbagan from Tuva with respect to the antigenic structure of serum proteins. Blood samples of marmots from 22 geographical sites allowed us to identify differences in geographical forms within all the studied species.
